When they called & told the simple issue that it was, even after they’d ran a full diagnostic test on it and charged me absolutely nothing I was in complete shock! I’m not totally completely tech savvy so they could have taken advantage of that fact, BUT THEY DIDN’T! They are honest & incredibly helpful!
