Trey was very patient with me and in the end I was able to walk out happy. Please check this place out if you ever need anything repaired. Again, I’m very grateful.
(May 21, 2022, 5:27 pm)I had to take my teenage son’s gaming computer modem in to see why it suddenly wasn’t showing anything on his monitors anymore. The staff told me the best & worst case scenarios. When they called & told the simple issue that it was, even after they’d ran a full diagnostic test on it and charged me absolutely nothing I was in complete shock! I’m not totally completely tech savvy so they could have taken advantage of that fact, BUT THEY DIDN’T! They are honest & incredibly helpful! No matter what tech issues I have in the future, from computers, tablets or phones, I will definitely be a repeat customer! And I’ll be recommending them to all my friends & family!
(April 8, 2022, 9:08 pm)Dropped my phone face down on a gravel road and it had 5-6 starburst breaks in the screen. I had insurance with Verizon and they sent me to this place to have the screen replaced. With insurance it cost $29 and included a battery replacement. The work was done quickly and well. My phone looks brand new. The people I spoke with in person and on the phone were efficient and professional. I am very pleased with my experience there.
(March 17, 2022, 1:14 am)The service and employees were really relaxed and calm and collected. I will say that the only complaint I would have is when they weren’t able to calibrate my phone due to a system failure, but even then I was able to bring my cell phone back to the location and it was done in about 45 minutes (apple takes days to do what they did in no time) definitely recommend repairing devices here, even when they have a hiccup customer satisfaction is put before any other.
