“After rating this office 1 star, I wanted to update the start rating to 5. My initial complaint was about how long I waited for glasses and I learned that they don’t have any control of when my glasses will be available since it’s done through the insurance lab. I didn’t understand it at first and I made a mistake thinking they were responsible. Regardless, when I picked up my glasses, they took the time to actually acknowledge the complaint and I really appreciate that. They took really good care of me, and made sure I was fully satisfied before I walked out the door. Thank you for your service and highly recommended.”

“Bobby Jackson and his Motley Crue are amazing craftsmen and an absolute joy to work with. Bobby did our kitchen, which is now beautiful and totally functional, and, most of all, livable. His meticulous attention to detail was astounding and he build it to last. As an added bonus, the Cherry has darkened over time so it looks ever more beautiful. Bobby also rebuilt our deck (which was falling off the house) and our sunroom (which was right behind it). It was a complicated job, but it turned out beautifully, and we now spend nearly all of our time out there. “I've recently had two good experiences with Neighborhood Tire Pros in downtown Decatur, GA. They did a nice job replacing the 4 tires on our Honda a month or so ago. They were able to replace them with the same kind that came with the car when it was new. The estimate was detailed and included photos, the price was right, and the quality of work was high and done with care. The people I interacted with were professional, efficient and no-nonsense. This week, our other car (a different car) got a flat tire, and so I took it to them. They were able to fix the tire for $30. I noticed afterwards that they also checked all of our other tires and topped them off with air. They also took the time to do an inspection looking for other issues, and I received a text message with the results. While they didn't find any other issues, I appreciate how thorough and proactive they are, even on such a small job. That's going above and beyond. Lastly, I like the convenient location. It is walking distance to most city of Decatur neighborhoods, businesses, and the Marta train. You can drop your car off and walk home (or to work) then walk back later to pick it up.”

I asked my provider at that time, Zone Pest, if they would come out for a mid-quarter spray. Long story short, I had to give them the boot. My friend referred B3 Pest Control and I'm so glad she did! They came out to service me the VERY SAME DAY!!! On a holiday weekend!!! And it's been uphill ever since. I noticed right away that the rep did things that I'd NEVER seen Zone do. They literally sprayed every nook & cranny of my home, inside & out. It's been about 6 months at this point and I've not seen a single roach.... not even in the garage! Not to mention, they are always on-time, polite, and super professional. I am a permanent customer! Benny is great!”
