I’ve worked in the hotel industry for years and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. Check in was friendly. Offered complementary coffee, cookies, and dog treats. Room was nice. Beds were comfy. Only cons was that noise was easily heard through the adjoining door and hallway door and the shower plumbing wasn’t great. The pool was perfectly warm, very nice indoor pool viewing and sitting area. I liked how the gym offered dumbbells and a multi use weight machine, though was very busy on a Saturday morning. Pool and gym towels were well stocked as well as bottles of water in the gym. Had a good assortment of items in the pantry sale area. Breakfast was on the better side, compared to other similar hotels. It was also conveniently located to a a variety of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
Food is good breakfast is early nice I like it. There is no curtain that can cover the window completely but this is no big deal to me. The bad factor is that the ac makes so much noise when operating which made me sleep only 1 hr tonight. The king size bed is nice too but idk why I just couldn’t fall asleep on it. I was gonna give this hotel 3 star, Considering they gave me toothpaste and toothbrush and facilities are available and complete I think 4 star is reasonable.
I stayed here for three nights. Truthfully, I loved everything about this hotel except the bed and the pillows. The service was friendly and professional from everyone I encountered while I was there. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was better than any I've had at the various Comfort Inn's, Holiday Inn Express's, and Hampton Inn's I stay at when I've traveled to other destinations. Only downside is the beds are on the super extra firm side, though they do have a nice topper that takes the edge off. The pillows are probably down and/or feather which fluff up nice, but flatten and stay flattened when you put your head on them. Another reviewer mentioned getting poked by feathers. I never had that problem even once. If you like down/feather pillows, though, this would be the perfect place for you. One other note. They had a very well-stocked little mini-store with lots and lots of quality options. By far the best of any place I've ever stayed. Items are a little pricey, as expected, but beats making a separate trip to a local convenience store. I really liked this place. Except for the bed and pillows.
Like many BW hotels, this is not a new building, but it has been updated. Amenities (beautiful pool and spa, lounge area, outdoor fire pit, ample parking) were great. Best breakfast - full buffet with friendly kitchen staff - included in rate, amazing! Front desk folks are super friendly. 3 minute walk to several restaurants. Quiet and restful night. Loved it!
