Frugal Kitchen provided me a contract and a detailed schedule so I knew exactly what to expect. I didn't have to call them once to fix any problems. All of the people who came to my house were professional, courteous, and diligent. Customer service reps, the owner, and design reps were quick to answer all of my questions. “You may not believe these are two photos of the same couch. We can barely believe it ourselves, and we're thrilled with the new look! This couch was in my husband's family since the 1970s and he's always enjoyed its fit for his tall frame -- but he never liked the fabric. Over the years, it got ripped by cat claws and the cushions began to sag, so we finally decided to do something about it. Happily, we went to Sarah's Home Design. The team at Sarah's worked with us to fit our style with the right fabrics, colors and details. They were helpful and honest about the process at every step. During the reconstruction process, the upholster found some issues. They called us and we met with him to discuss options. My husband, who is a frugal man, was so impressed with the upholsterer's craftsmanship and knowledge that he quickly gave the green light for more extensive work to make the couch the best it could be. Now we have a signature piece of furniture that's customized, looks magnificent, feels wonderful to sit on, and will last another 45+ years at least!”

Why I didn't give 5 stars? Well, while walking to the register I was waved to the front by one of the cashiers. There was a cashier standing next to the gentleman assisting me. I clearly heard him say to the cashier assisting me he's definitely not in the military. I'm like well I'm not sure why you would say that (I'm a large man) but I advised him I completed 30 yrs in Law Enforcement if it makes any difference. Of course he ignored me just as much as I did with him. Sensitivity training would suit him fine. I was in your store on the January 06, 2021 purchasing a wifi extender after 5pm. Now I will also state that this store is always very clean and organized and all other associates I've encountered were exceptional. It seems the associate I speak of is in need of retraining in diverse behavior. I am extremely frustrated because the item in question that she refused to assist me with was something I had been on the hunt for, for a long time. Please do better.”
