COVID has slowed down some manufacturerS fulfillment, he reviewed stock and assured me they would be here when I needed them. Shipping was on time ,product well packed and arrived on time. Ordered a factory blemish power meter that was discounted due to the blemish. The Sport Factory notified me that they had just sold the item in store but would honor the discounted price and shipped me a brand new one. Shipping was quick and free. Great customer service!
