With the wife being in a wheelchair they decided to wait out the rain. However several employees came over with a large umbrella and helped them into the van and even loaded the wheelchair for her while getting soaked themselves. Definitely a step above on customer service!”

I selected a different facial when I booked but she examined my skin and thought a different option might be better for me. She explained her thought process and I learned so much from her! She’s a wonderful conversationalist but she also was comfortable with silence. I went in for a facial but, in addition to the most spectacular facial I’ve ever had, also enjoyed a massage, nice conversation and a nap. “The veterinarians at this practice are incredibly kind, and genuinely care about the health of your pets. They are current on all the latest medical literature, and take the time to discuss treatment and options with you. I never feel rushed, or feel as though they are pushy about certain things. I have a menagerie of animals, and I am very very picky about who treats them; I would not take them anywhere else. Their vet techs are also the best I have ever seen at a veterinary practice. They are so wonderful, they put you and your pet at ease the minute they walk in the room. Amazing energy, and animals know these things. I think my pets get excited to go and visit a few of them! The front office staff is also great. And don’t get me started on the hours they are open. A vet open on Sunday’s? Yes, please! Just wonderful. Love them.”

There is also a variate of different choices of extra curricular actives. Then there is a program where if you are on a high stander you could be put in some advance classes. There are also different ways that River Trail gets involved with the community an students. If I was an adult I would tell other parents about the school. (As a kid I would say River Jail is the worst.). In other words River Trail Middle School is a very fun and proactive place.”
