The schedulers are awesome and friendly and even call on weekends to arrange services for the coming week. From day one they have been communicative, professional and reliable. Every person assigned to provide services for my Mother (nurse, physical/occupational therapist, home health aid) have been empathetic, kind, patient and willing to listen to my concerns and provide guidance to help me help my Mother in between visits.
