I later returned to the desk & a lady was there. I explained that I was having a problem logging in, she gave me another pass, I returned to enter my library I'd #, but still not able to log in. She comes over & enter the # of the temporary pass that was given to me. I said I was entering my library I'd # in, she gets smart & says, you got to enter a # in for it to work. I explained, I would have, had I been given instructions, I thought that my I'd # was the # to be used. The staff gave me the impression that they did not feel like working today. The customer services was not the friendly experience I was expecting to received from a librarian. I wanted to give a rating of a (3) but gave them the benefit of the doubt with a (4) instead.”

“This Daycare is absolutely exceptional! My 1 year old son has been going here for some months now and they treat myself & him as if we are family. Every single staff member is caring, kind & you can tell they love what they do. I’m a new mom so I was very nervous but they showed me that I have nothing to worry about. They have an app where you can talk with the teachers & receive pictures. They send home a report everyday on what they did, nap times, what they ate etc.. My son loves it there and all of the staff! I mentioned that I would be looking for another vehicle, so he offered to send me some pictures and info on a couple of vehicles he had available that he thought I would like. He sent me pictures and price that evening.I checked them out online and found his price was extremely reasonable and he was willing to bring it to me. He had done all the work for me and had the title had the oil changed, filled it with gas, had the tires and brakes checked and had it tested for emissions. Also went over all the paperwork I needed to do and reminded me to get my insurance changed to the new vehicle. I cannot say enough good about this company. You will be pleased!”
