(February 7, 2022, 2:43 pm)This is a great box if you want to add to what you’re currently doing or if you need a new box all together. I find all of the instructors extremely helpful. They focus on form over speed which is extremely important. I find the WODs challenging even though I scale most of them, and that is perfectly fine.

(July 8, 2020, 11:16 am)This place was my first CrossFit experience and I seriously could not have asked for a better place. The programming is tough and soooo good! The people make you feel welcome and part of the family! I can not say enough good things about AxAt.
