I had a great experience at Kay. Jaz, the sales rep was patient and detailed in showing dozens of rings and helping me choose the perfect ring for my partner and myself. Even when I inquired about the origin of the diamonds, she reassured me that they were ethically obtained and shared details regarding their policies. She also cleaned several other pieces of jewelry I’d already owned. Overall, Jaz made sure it was a great experience, so I’ll definitely be back to buy more.

We came in after a not-so-good visit to Claire’s to get our youngest daughter’s ears pierced. It was on a whim, as we were on a family weekend getaway (close to Kay’s in Locust Grove) and our daughter decided she wanted her ears pierced. The three women that helped us were PHENOMENAL!! Knowledgeable, professional, and so warm. We should have started at Kay’s first! Thank you for making this ‘first experience’ a wonderful one!!
