Claire's

Claire's has a good variety of jewelry and accessories for reasonable prices. They usually have a clearance section in the back where you can get 12 items for $12, which is a really good price for most of the items. The customer service is good on most days. The store is small and full, so weekdays are the best time to browse freely.

Last month I had an excellent experience with the Tanger outlet Claire's. I was getting my 3 months old baby girl and my ears pierced. I would like to especially call out Kennedy as well as Carmen, for making this experience so much fun for me. I will never forget it! ❤️

We came here today to get our 9-year-old daughter’s ears pierced for her birthday. We tried Macon but they are temporarily closed for some reason. We called ahead to be sure the Locust Grove store would be open. Miss Carmen was who we spoke with and who gave us all the information we needed. We arrived at even though the store was busy, Miss Carmen again was there and made time for us without issue. She was very reassuring to my daughter, explaining every step along the way. She made my daughter very comfortable with the process and checked in with me along the way as well. The entire experience was very smooth and a great way to celebrate my daughter. The lady who checked us out was also very friendly and very helpful. The store seemed busy, but they all still helped and nobody had to wait long. Thank you!

I work at Claire’s and just wanted to brag on how good my co-worker Carmen is. She is the sweetest person I know and that is the truth! Customers even come in the store just to look for her because of pleasant experiences they have shared with her in the past. She always puts a smile on people’s faces and would never belittle her co-workers, only uplift them :) She goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable and have the best experience you can have while your at Claire’s. I love working with her and everyone in my Claire’s family

Claire's was a nice sized store... Wasnt greeted or acknowledged at all in the store... But they did have a lot to choose from.... Its like most claires... Jewelry.. lots of accessories....got the earrings buy 3 get three deal.... But then realized that the earrings were over 15$ each... Didnt realize they were pricey... The one pair was 19.99.. but I got them... Just wasn't expecting that price.... Not a customer friendly place....the cashier didnt say much.. the employees didnt say much.. was going to get a piercing.. but decided against it .... Its like most Claires stores... Im not sure if earrings prices went up... But this store is a bit pricey... I guess i would recommend.. they did have a lot if different things in stock and good deals
