Veronica and her Staff were exceptionally hospitable and well informed. However, the repair service wasn't the best and it left much to be desired; I was informed by the Zale's Staff that the deficiency and unsatisfactory repairs were the result of one of the Master Jeweler's Assistants and not the Master Jeweler. After the Zale's Staff reviewed and returned my product for a 3rd time for corrective repairs (product was purchased January 5th and never left the store due to the need for repairs; finally picked up March 21st), the Master Jeweler made it a point to take care of it personally and return it ASAP. Thank you Veronica and your Staff for helping to make this process as smooth and as comforting as possible.

From the time I walked through the door Russia was a pleasure to meet. His attentiveness and excellent customer service made the shopping experience amazing. With little knowledge on where to start given the little info I provided Russia, he was able to lead me to the perfect items. I left out feeling as tho my mission was highly successful in purchasing exactly what I expected. Excellent pricing along with superb pieces of jewelry!!! Russia is the best!!!

I have visited 4 times within 4 months. I had purchase 3 different times. Associate by the name Russia was Great! What ever your price range they have it. Those on a budget and don't have excellent credit, they have a lease purchase. No credit needed, flexible payments, and early purchases options. You do need a job and a checking account.
