Training is educational, functional and effective. I went as far as to even test an average class with a proven heart rate monitor to see the amount of calories burned and the effectiveness of the workouts. The numbers were beyond my expectations. It may be slightly tough for beginners at first, but if everything was easy then we all would be doing it.
