“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”

“This is by far the best apartment experience I have had. The office staff are all very warm and friendly and the property is always clean and maintained. Whenever I have a problem, the maintenance staff comes in and repair whatever I need and they are friendly as well. The apartment is spacious and was very clean when I moved in and I love that the pool is open all year round. My daughter loves to play at the park and I love the privacy I have with my garage!”
