“If I could give more STARS I would! Joanne is the absolute best! I just bought a new car in January and the insurance I had did not cover gap insurance. In August, a girl pulled out in front of me and I hit her straight on. She was one of the first people I called when I got home. She helped me through the whole entire process, answered very phone call (which were many). I had never been in a wreck and I had no idea what the process was, she had my back when the fault was leaning towards me. She helped me fight it and gave me great advice. My car ended up totaled , my insurance paid my loan off and I’m getting a very nice check to be able to get the same car I had before.. I will forever be her client!”

“Absolutely love Dr. Clemons and the staff here at The Kids Specialists. My daughter loves them as well and the staff is so sweet. The ONLY issue I have is that I will make a 9am appointment, and the staff isn't here when you arrive 15 mins early for your appointment. By the time they do get here which is right at 9am, you then are waiting 10-20 mins until you're called back. There shouldn't be 9am appointments available if the staff aren't going to actually get there until 9am.”
