This is an amazing workout out place. The trainer is amazing and talented. He has awesome equipment and he is very hard working.

Like most Women-especially Moms-life gets in the way and you quickly forget to take care of yourself. I’d had enough and finally make the commitment to better myself-mentally and physically. B reminded me that I am strong and I am capable of being a better version of myself, if I’m willing to put in the work. He’ll remind you too! Brandon also creates workouts that maximize the way your body is supposed to naturally move. My muscles ache but my body never hurts. I can’t even describe the feeling I get when I leave B’s gym. It’s addicting and I wish I could share the high with everyone. Just try it. It’s not easy and it’s not always fun but I promise you’ll love it!!!!!!!!

Cliche or not, Awaken Performance Training has changed my life. The way I workout, the way I eat, the way I feel, and most definitely the way I look. Each day is an intense, full body focus workout. Designed to give you the strength you need, the confidence you want, and the body you never thought you could have!! I lost 40 pounds from December 2019 to September 2020, dropped 4 sizes, and not only have been able to maintain the loss for about a year and a half now, but still see continued results. I am the most CONFIDENT, DETERMINED, and STRONG I have ever been. Before fully committing to Awaken, I did the various other options: at home dvds, different franchise gyms, Instagram and Pinterest workouts, but I never stayed consistent & the same thing gets boring after a while. There’s literally nothing like the intensity and variety offered at Awaken, you never know what to expect when you walk in the door. The best advise I could give is to stay committed, and stay open. If you put the work in, and stay consistent, and trust in the Awaken process, the results will come. I would and already do recommend Brandon and Awaken Performance training to LITERALLY anyone!!

I started working out at Awaken back in January of 2021. I have seen a huge difference in my physical appearance which has helped me with my self confidence. The workouts are different and intense but they WORK. Brandon really knows what he’s doing and can get you the results you’re looking for.
