(December 25, 2017, 6:45 am)The atmosphere and quality of personal service is outstanding. The workouts are unique and effective. I can do exercises now that I could only dream of doing when I began 3 months ago. I love this gym!

(November 14, 2014, 8:17 am)This is a great place! Nice clean facility and great institutors. I joined this gym because I seen the instructors outside one day working out and they were getting it in! I’ve always felt if someone is going to train me they have to be shape themselves. The work outs are intense and for my first time working out without the regular weights that are in most gyms... it’s like night and day. I don’t feel that negative impact on my joints and thats a plus.So,if you’re looking for a Cross-fit workout, this is the place!!! See you in class!
