“I recently visited the Canton Primary Care Office. My old primary care physician retired and I needed a new one. Overall, my experience was positive. I received a physical from Joan Keel (APRN) and she was very friendly and professional. It was clear she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable that I chose this practice as my new primary. My first piece of feedback is that that their intake process all digital and might be challenging for someone who is not very savvy with technology. To me it wasn't any more cumbersome than paper documentation (I actually prefer it), but I could easily see it being challenging for someone who is not accustom to completing forms this way. There were a few clunky app navigation hurdles and due to the smaller screen and what seemed to be touch screen sensitivity issues I had to delete and retype fields a couple of times. My second piece of feedback is that I had to wait quite awhile despite being on time for my appointment. Overall, I was in office for almost an hour and a half and the physical itself only took 30 minutes. The staff did apologize to me for the wait and luckily I didn't have a time limit, so it ended up not being much of an issue, but hopefully this isn't a common recurrence in the future as I often have appointments in between work meetings. As noted before - overall the visit was positive and I intend to continue to use them in the future. I would feel comfortable recommending them to others at this point.”
