My initial complaint was about how long I waited for glasses and I learned that they don’t have any control of when my glasses will be available since it’s done through the insurance lab. I didn’t understand it at first and I made a mistake thinking they were responsible. Regardless, when I picked up my glasses, they took the time to actually acknowledge the complaint and I really appreciate that.
