When we see any doctor, we employee the Doctor and it's employees to help with our health care. Health is expensive and kind of a luxury. With all of that said, this place is the best medical office I have ever been to. They have set a bar that is hard to meet. I have been to many offices and doctors over the years, yet they all didn't match up to what I wanted. This was the first place that actually cared about me as a patient and my health. “I needed some iv therapy for my dad, they walked me thru what they needed from the doctor for insurance, they worked tirelessly all day to move it forward as fast as they can, they were there reaching out to finish the work til after closing. I have never seen a company try harder to to help then these guys. Amy in admissions was amazing, kind, understanding listened to my fears and just made this whole experience as good as can be. Heather stepped in to assist with paperwork, we all know paper work can be tiresome and tedious but she went over every bit of it so it would be ready for me to sign correctly. “John did an absolutely outstanding job for us in designing and building a built-in entertainment center above our gas fireplace. John has the hard to find skill set of taste, design and technical skills. My biggest fear in adding this addition in the most prominent section of our house was that it would look out of place or clash with the existing design of the hearth and other woodwork . . . I know that if I would have tried the project myself it would not have looked anywhere near as good as what John produced. John really did an outstanding job creating an addition that perfectly harmonized with our existing woodwork and in fact made it all look better. The design details he added made a huge difference. Not only are John’s sense of style and carpentry skills phenomenal he is a true professional in all regards . . . he did a great job assessing our needs and communicating throughout the process as well as keeping his work area isolated and clean. The value of John’s work is exceptional . . . he did such a great job and his work so affordable that we’re planning using him again for another remodel project. In short, I can’t commend John enough and I gladly provide my highest recommendation for his work.”

“I have little wiring experience and was trying to rewire a GFCI switch. It was on a Saturday at 5 pm and the circuit this GFCI switch was on cut power to my garage openers and various outlets through my garage. Completely stumped with it I called the electricians at American Pros. My first thought was there is no way they are answering on a Saturday at 5 pm but they did. Not only did they answer but offered up advise and the solution to my problem over the phone without coming out and charging me. The electrician even went above and beyond to facetime me to show me exactly what I had wrong. He helped me fix the problem immediately. If I could I would give this company a higher rating than 5 stars and will recommend them to friends and family and be using them in the future for other electrical needs.”

I have yet to meet a teacher that isn't amazing, and the parent support is out of this world. When you have so many parents willing to help out, it makes a huge difference for the little ones that need some extra time. I had no idea my son was struggling in school until we came here, and he didn't even realize he was doing a Math circuit because his teacher had a "Where the wild things are" art/math circuit together. Store was well organized (some used book stores in the area are messy unlike this one). Selection on classics was rather small yet a large romance collection (vice versa recommended). Didn't have time to stay long but will be back!”
