“My Dad needed a lift chair due to medical reasons. The owners were extremely kind and patient with me while I chose the perfect chair. They even helped make it possible for the chair to be delivered the same day that it was purchased. The two delivery people were very kind and professional. Sadly my Dad passed away very shortly after so he was not able to use the chair. I used the chair for a week while taking care of my Dad and found it comfortable and easy to use. We gave the chair to his nephew who needed one also due to medical reasons and he has enjoyed it greatly over the last 5 months. I would not hesitate to buy from the store again, the owners are amazing people!”

“I love walmart just wish they would get better about not allowing pets inside. I have a service dog and in the time frame I was there there was 4 pet dogs. You guys are allowed to asked 2 questions 1) is it a service dog required for a disability? 2) what task is it trained to do? (Emotional support isn't a task ) and if they say it's for emotional support you can deny entry for the dog, also if the dog goes to the bathroom or has unruly behavior in the store you can kick it out per the ADA.”

We decided to go check out your Boise store to see about purchasing two of them. We walked in and were greeted by Julia. Julia is AWESOME! These carpenter ants where chewing up my old slightly rotten deck until eco city sent their boys in black to exterminate these buggers. As a mother of 5 I was nervous whether the products where safe around my kids. They went ahead and explained the science behind their products and how safe these products where around children, elderly people and pets. This brought a huge relief. “I love stopping in at different antique and thrift stores. This one is in a very old and drafty building, but it didn’t matter. You can tell the very friendly owner have been working hard to clean and organize the store as well as putting in juice/coffee bar. I love to find secret treasures to decorate my home & myself, and to find things for gifting to others that I think they would enjoy. I design and make jewelry, so I appreciate the talents of other jewelry makers. I found 3 pieces that I loved, and considered taking a photo of them to make at sometime for myself and possibly to create some similar ones to sell or gift to others, but because the prices were so fair, I chose to purchase them. Now I can wear these today, and still make more later if I wish. I will definitely come back to see how much the store changes as time goes by and possibly make more purchases when I go through Idaho City again someday! “I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”
