“We went out for Valentine's dinner and after being recommended the special we ordered it. The server quickly came back to let us know they were out of prime rib. Not a big deal as they were going to sub out rib eye. The problem being is the steak that we both got did not appear to be a rib eye and if it was it was super low quality. Both of our steaks were extremely tough and definitely did not match the price tag. Everything else was absolutely phenomenal. Are appetizer was great the drinks were awesome our server was exceptional. But you can understand the frustration when you order a surf and turf and get poor quality steak. Definitely the only thing from keeping this a 5 star review. We will definitely try them out again.”

“Amazing food and service and good drinks. I had the prime and prawns and my wife had the prawn dinner plate it was all really good. My prime was a little cold and not the best but the prawns made up for it. We will be coming back for sure I just wouldn't get the prime again not allot of flavor. But service was excellent. My kids had the spaghetti and the burger they said it was ok.”

“After a long day drive the hubby and I were craving some burgers. We had both heard of Hawkins but had never been, and wanted to support a local business during Covid-19. Our burgers were hot, delicious, and well assembled. The soda was on point and the tots were cooked perfectly. The bacon blue burger was amazing!! I love looking through the decor, clothing, and seasonal items in the store. Store is beautifully displayed. The atmosphere at the bistro is lovely. Menu is kept up to date with delicious seasonal dishes. Organic and gluten free options available. They do serve wine and beer. Menu prices are reasonable, food is excellent. Be sure to check out events and specials. My favorite thing to eat here is the Locally Raised Highland Beef Burger (with bacon and cheese added of course).”

“Chuck and Lisa run an amazing place! I started going to CopenRoss almost a year ago for Tuesday Night Trivia with some coworkers to get out of the house. It started as something we just thought we would do once or twice. However, the atmosphere of CopenRoss keeps my friends and I coming back every week! The food is amazing! We brag about it and think about what we will have every Tuesday while we're at work. The taps always have something for everyone. I'm a cider person and there is always something new and exciting for me to try. The staff is caring and if something is wrong (very, very rarely is something wrong), or taking a little longer than usual to come out, the customers are always taken care of. The cooks know what they are doing and the food is consistently cooked to perfection.
