Besides being the only gym in meridian I could find that offered drop in rates (in town from SLC) the staff was very helpful, accommodating and had great communication. From the initial phone call confirming how the drop in would work, til the time I walked out of the gym the third morning of dropping in I was very impressed with every aspect of the gym and the staff. Very clean, new, and high end. Wish this gym existed in Salt Lake so I could keep going.”

She helped me recover after meniscus surgery last year and again this year with my elbow and back injuries. She is kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly how to help me and what I needed most to recover from my injuries. I’ve found my PT for life! The staff is very friendly with a welcoming smile each time I walk through the door. Once seated we were greeted by our server Alaina. She was really sweet took our drink order and brought them promptly. We ordered our food with no issues and it was delicious.
