“Shane was one of the only places in the TV willing to tackle a leaking sunroof after Kendall said they’d fix it upon purchase then weaseled out of the agreement. He was honest about success rates for rebuilding and let me know that new replacement sunroof was overpriced. He gave us all the information to make an informed decision. We decided to try a rebuild kit and are very happy with the results. Not only does our sunroof work and not leak, but the headliner looks better than when we bought it.”

“We had just gotten back from vacation, and our hot water heater kept throwing the breaker, so we had no hot water. I called and spoke with Jeff around 8 a.m. the next day, and he stopped by about 2 hours later. He looked things over and diagnosed the problem and the solution within 5 minutes. Our 20+ year old heater had filled with sediment(made worse by a new well we had installed last year) and shorted out the element inside the unit. What made this issue worse is that our hot water heater is in our basement crawlspace, and we would have to remove the toilet in order to remove the dead heater, assuming it was dead because of too much sediment. The other part was that it would've cost us a lot to have it drained and replacing all of the electrical and elements. We worked on pricing and the work detail and settled on our best option monetarily, which was to install a heater in the corner of our basement bathroom. We got a great deal on a new heater that is FAR more accessible and more energy efficient with a larger gallon capacity to boot. Jeff was friendly and professional and even swept the floor. He finished the installation by about 6 pm, and we hat hot water for showers the same day we called. Any plumbing issues we have in the future will go through Jeff and Byers Plumbing. Jeff was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with doing a good job at a fair price. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Jeff at Byers Plumbing, specifically.”

“Drove past here many times over the last couple of years, finally had the opportunity to stop in for breakfast. Glad we did. This place is a real gem (in Gem county).... Super friendly staff, excellent food and as others have commented, the food portions are enormous ! Biggest chicken fried steak I have ever seen. Took up most of the large plate. lots of parking behind the restaurant, about 15 or so tables, very nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend and will most certainly return.”

I can't put into words how much the entire Caldwell staff has meant to us and how life changing they've been. Unfortunately, we had a pretty epic failure of an interaction with Nichole who was working the crisis line tonight, which is the ONLY reason I took away a star. I'm pretty sure she must work at the Boise location, as she is NOT reflective of the amazingness we have always encountered at the Caldwell location! I HIGHLY recommend the Caldwell branch to anyone looking for help. The staff is amazing!”

“My daughter needed a gym for a fitness class so we checked around a few places and decided on crunch. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed to make our decision. One thing that I was concerned about was having my daughter in the situation where a biological male might be allowed to come in the locker room or bathroom she's in and the staff members I talked to didn't really know what the policy was since this is Caldwell and we really don't have much of those issues, but we were able to get an answer from a manager and they keep locker and bathrooms divided by biological sex, which was a big selling point for us. On top of that they have a great workout space with 2 areas for yoga, stretching, and various exercises that don't require a machine or free weights. There was lots of spots to work free weights, many different style weight machines with instructing on use on them which was nice, and plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, and bikes, I don't think I saw an elliptical though. We'll be doing this class until January, but I can see us continuing to go to this gym even after that.”

“We have a herringbone brick floor with white grout in our kitchen, pantry, and laundry rooms. We have been unable to get the dirt out of the grout; scrubbing and washing couldn’t get the heavy traffic areas anywhere close to looking clean. Idaho Cleaning Services made them look like new in under an hour, and then put down another coat of sealant. The price was amazing, the service was top-notch and we haven’t been this excited with our floors since they were new. Will definitely set up a regular cleaning service with ICS going forward.”
