“Room was very nice. Good view of downtown Chicago skyline from my window. Nice bed. Huge TV. Room came with nice lounging area. Downside: right next to airport, so noisy at times, but to be expected. Shower didn't drain without my holding the drain cover open. Check in was a breeze through the app and I was able to pick my room and got said room. Was even and to check in about an hour early. Had a nice lounge/bar to hang out in. And Starbucks also in hotel. Within easy walking distance to the Blue Line and several restaurants.”

All our needs were accounted for and they kept the much needed coffee flowing. Hyatt catered multiple meals that were all delicious and the dinner they provided for our party was impeccable quality.
