Both Melvin and Victor made us feel reassured they were taking CDC regulations seriously and exhibited excellent customer service. We drove to this U-Haul specifically because the one closer to us (in East Nashville) is not taking Covid precautions seriously and don't even wear masks. I'm so happy with my experience at this store and would recommend it to anyone in the Madison/ East Nashville/ Rivergate area.”

“I have always been worried about storing my stuff at a storage facility due to rodents or mildew issues and loosing things that are valuable to me. However, thanks to Janie my feelings have gone away. Janie made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door and even gave me a tour of the entire facility. I can honestly say that this CUBESMART in Countryside is very very CLEAN!!!! Every time I go there the staff ensure the place is well kept!
