“Coach Steve is a great coach! He always makes sure that you understand the techniques properly before you start training. He focuses on this because he avoids you from becoming injured. He wants you to benefit from everything he teaches you and do so with out injuring yourself. I really appreciated him always explaining what I was doing, why I was doing it and how the techniques will benefit me. He is always encouraging especially when you may feel you can't do what he just explained. It's great having a coach who is well educated himself to help educate me as the athlete. ”

“The personal trainer Mat has a lot to offer, I'm 23 years old and slightly over weight due to the car accident and medications I was on in 2015 and the left side of my body has been giving me problems ever since. After the accident I underwent three different surgeries, and far to much time in physical therapy, we tried everything to get the chronic pain to go away but nothing would work, and I was tired of my doctors feeding me pain killers. This accident has made it very hard for me to go back to work and do day to day tasks. After working with him for 6 sessions I've seen great improvement in mobility, flexibility, and strength. He starts off slow with fixing your posture which was the number one thing that helped my pain, then he goes on to the real fun stuff and helped me lose weight. Its nice to know due to his methods of training I no longer get tired from walking to get the mail and the pain I felt on the left side of my body is at an all time low.
