“I thought Dr. Miller was very nice and thorough when seeing him about my left foot. The only thing I didn't like was the reception area. There were several gals there. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and none of them paid any attention. I felt like I was being ignored. I know they saw me. I thought that was very strange. Finally, one of them asked if they could help me. I don't think that was professional for any of them not to notice I was waiting and not say anything. I was right there in front of them. The professional thing to say if busy would be for one of them to say they would be with me shortly or such.”

“Dr Darwish performed lumbar spinal fusion on two of my disks 4 years ago and I've had no recurring issues. I was so excited about how much mobility and freedom I was given back with that surgery I went and had my cervical disc fixed as well. From the moment I walked into his office 4 years ago till now, I was always made to feel comforted and in good hands with such a serious surgery. “I love this place. I injured my ankle back in November of 2021 and have seen little to no healing progress. I saw two doctors, wear my boot, had plenty of imaging, and went to physical therapy weekly for over six months. I had all but given up hope when I was encouraged to contact Dr. Ho's practice. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the day after I called (huge!) and Dr. Ho quickly created a great plan for how to actually help me. The staff was outstanding, from the check-in desk to the physicians. Watching individuals working at the front desk so kindly interact with patients was very encouraging. I particularly loved my PA, Rebecca, who was excellent at explaining what they saw in my images and really listened to everything I had to say. Dr. Ho was also notably personable and professional, which can be difficult to find in an orthopaedic doctor. For the first time in almost a year, I have an idea as to how much longer I may be dealing with this injury. I am so happy that I decided to come to this office!
