“I did my physical therapy at Momemtum Physical Therapy, 1316 North Route 59, Naperville, for Rotator Cuff Repair on my left shoulder. I had Tom Krawiec as a physical therapist. I am 70 years and have had several physical therapists throughout the years for different problems. Tom was by far the best. I had 39 sessions with him, he pushed me to my limit and because of that I was able to achieve 95% of my function. I definitely recommend Momentum Physical Therapy, the staff is friendly, the facility was clean and Tom is knowledgeable.”
