“I initially called and no one picked up. They called me back and it was the manager/technician. He politely answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. My arm broke on my glasses and he was able to put my lenses in a pair of frames he had in stock. It was a near perfect fit and you couldn't tell that they did not go together. I was very satisfied with the service I was given and I will be back if I ever break my glasses again.”

“i am a teenager now 17 and i was put in this hospital about a year ago. To give a completely honest review and opinion on this place, for the most part i’d like to say that i liked it, but to be fair no one likes being away from home and those you love for a while so it wasn’t like i loved being there. The techs were nice, all of them, they all cared, the food had no flavor but what do you expect. After a while the beds were comfy, im glad i didn’t have a bad experience at a hospital. They all made me laugh and in all feel better, i did not feel alone. Obviously for private reasons i cannot say the names of the techs but T, you were the best”

“They have a real live Dr!! No joke, went to another " eye glass" place two weeks ago. Had a vision test by a tech, and a person on a monitor. Dr. Kukla took almost an hour, talking and explaining where my vision was at. What my options were. Didnt try to upsell me to contacts. Answered all my questions. He and all the staff was hands down the best!!! Nice, patient, kind, honest and very knowledgeable! I cannot thank them enough.”
