“My friend and I decided to stop here after a recent Ravinia concert. A bit surprised to learn they were take out only, the weather outside was nice, so what the heck? I really enjoyed their Won Ton Soup and Kung Pao Chicken. My friend was a bit less enthused with her meal. She had shrimp appetizer and was not impressed. I will definitely go back if I am in the neighborhood, or after another Ravinia show, provided I don't have my friend with me, I don't think she would enjoy it too much. “We’ve been a couple times now and the food and drinks are top notch! We’ve ordered the carne asada fries and smash burgers both times. The fries are a perfect balance of ingredients and flavor; could easily feed a few people, but makes a hearty entree for one. The burger is perfect just the way they serve it, no changes needed. The second time we ordered the elote hush puppies… O-M-G… melt in your mouth goodness! The drinks are always amazing! The Oaxacan Viejito is definitely my new fave! Instead of the usual dinner out followed by bowling, or another activity, we had a Zoom dinner with each team member and significant other sharing a DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL meal from White Oak Gourmet. Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, fresh crab cakes, salad and fresh green beans and short ribs with mashed potatoes were the features of this night. “Went out with the wife for a lunch date. Saw some of the reviews and decided to try Fine's. Wife ordered a wet Italian beef on garlic bread with tots and I ordered a double cheese burger with fries. Wife really enjoyed her beef. I didn't care for the cheddar spread on the burger, it didn't taste right. I mentioned it to the staff and they made me a whole new burger with American cheese. My suggestion would be to ask what kind of cheese the customer wants or at least explain it is a cheddar spread. Good customer service, we will probably bring the kids back. They also have a gluten free bun option.”

“Wow!!!! This place was phenomenal!! We ordered the catfish dinner and the combo dinner (ribs and burnt ends). Everything was incredible. The catfish was melt-in-your-mouth goodness with a gorgeous crunch. The meat was falling off the bone tender. I wanted to marry the mac and cheese, and the beans, and the mashed potatoes. Also everyone was so friendly and kind!!!”
