“For 6 years I've rented from Terra, this has been my first apartment. While mine is income based, once I reached the ceiling limit on rent it has still been a bargain. My apartment was newly updated when I moved in, and pre pandemic any issues I had were repaired quickly. During the pandemic, only ER issues were repaired, which I understand, and appreciate their responsibility towards tenants and employees. When I visit the office, I'm always greeted and helped by the nicest lady. My property manager Marissa has always been responsive and helpful, from assisting with unit repairs, to minor issues with neighbors. When I let her know I was looking for a bigger space, she was diligent in helping. I'm looking forward to renting at another location with a company I trust.”

“Great campground, nice clean pool, lots of fun activities for the kids. The activities come at little bit of a premium price vs state park camping but it can be a nice change of pace and the kids love it. Everyone working there we dealt with was super nice and friendly. Teenage staff were wonderful with the kids. Our young kids (all under 10) enjoyed the playground, pool, and seeing Yogi Bear around the campsite.”
