“I was in need of a dryer for several months, but was waiting for the right deal, and going to the laundromat in the meantime, when I finally saw a dryer online that seemed perfect at the Sears Hometown Store in Waterloo. I went there in person the next day and they had it in stock, and as luck would have it - I was told that the delivery guys were due back in the store shortly after I paid for the purchase, and the salesperson said he would ask them if they would deliver and set up mine the same day when they got back to the shop. I wouldn't expect that to happen - and fully expected to have to wait awhile for the delivery. But lo and behold, I had barely made it back home (about an hour later) when here came a Sears truck with two awesome delivery and set up guys - Rick and Jake - with my new dryer! They were both so pleasant, upbeat and helpful - and in no time had my new dryer installed, and even switched the door to where it opened to the opposite side that I preferred. I am over the moon with the service I received and my new dryer - highly recommend this store!”
