“Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”

My wife loved all the little touches they have done in the Cabin, right down to the personal note from the owners! We had the best and most relaxing stay!!! “This is a great place for family to go for a picnic and be able to fish or swimming or camping.(no on duty lifegard) Very clean Place kept up very well Grass Is Always cut trash picked up. It has a lot of campgrounds it has a shower house wheelchair accessible. Very clean. Cleaned twice a day. (4-wheelers allowed) electricity hookup for campers and even tent campers you pay a little extra for the electric but well worth it if it's 90 degrees out and you need a fan or a refrigerator you need to keep things cool.”

“Most convenient; clean through entire hotel; everything was accurately spacious especially the stairs! Side door open too walk through after check in with elevator and stairwell immediate side from door which I loved so you was not interfering with other customers checking in. The entire staff was beyond kind, professional all with the perfect amount of helpfulness. Several places to eat and gas station within couple hundred yards. I would def go out of my way to stay here again! 5 stars for me!”

“Our trip started off a little rough at the holiday Inn. We were on a late night flight and called ahead to let them know we'd be checking in late, after midnight. We we're told no problem, we even check in online, but when we got to the hotel they told us we were marked as "no show". After a little back and forth we were able to get a room on the second floor. The room had a lingering odor of smoke which we told the staff the next day. They did offer for us to change to an available room, but I just wanted them to know so I didn't get billed. Other than that the room was decent enough for us and the kids. The TV had cartoon network and nickelodeon which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was fine, biscuits and gravy, bacon, make your own pancakes, and of course fruit and cereal. Good enough to get the family to start the day. The only other concern I had was the open parking lot that was surrounded by tall grass and man-made trails. It didn't even occur to me until one morning we came out to a couple of shady characters hanging out by our rental van. We were parked at the edge of the lot and there were no other cars around. Being a former resident of NPR, I was immediately reminded of the type of folks that could be using these trails. If you stay here I would recommend getting a spot closer to the building. Overall the room was decent for the area.”

“An outstanding RV and fishing area on base! We lived here for a couple months as we were PCSing (thank goodness it wasn't the busy season yet because they limit you to 30 days max). It's on the far side of base, so it is quiet and secluded. There are not that many lots but they are shaded and good sized. The showers and laundry all worked well and were pretty clean. The area is beautiful to walk around or go fishing. Only downside is these are not full hookups (only electric and water). So bring a portable dump tank if you will be here a while. They do have a dump station on the premise, so still 5 stars.”

“Personnel are terrific and very helpful. We had difficulties with the electronic keys, but they fixed us up in a jiffy. Our lodging was beyond what one would expect. It looked relatively new, and with 3 bedrooms was spacious and friendly. All household amenities were there in great condition. A great way to welcome new presley to the base.”

“Called to stay at this place overnight with my camper. Thought it’s be full hook-up service. I assumed wrong. There was no water, no sewer (not big deal), and electric wasn’t compatible with our electric cord. We have a newer camper with 30 amp service. Not a huge deal, we will find another place to stay, closest is about an hour away (East). Just wish we would have asked clarifying questions or the person on the phone would have offered that information when I asked about parking our camper for the night. Overall, park looks nice. Nice manicured lawns and some landscaping. Park was quiet for that time of the evening. I rated this because I didn’t want someone else with camper to make same mistake. Ask clarifying questions first. This just wasn’t what we were looking for.”

“Pretty new and very popular hotel with a lot of different crowds staying there the weekend I went - from wedding attendees to a biker club to what looked like some AAU sports families, there was a lot going on. Room was clean and spacious as expected of a Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast was not included unless explicitly purchased in the room rate, even for top status holders. Coffee is complimentary during breakfast hours. They have a pretty good gym with free weights, a nice little outside pool, and clean public restrooms. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Main nit was that a couple of random times a sewage smell would permeate the room for a bit (not a result of something any of us did...). This was noticeable in a couple of the rooms of our party on the top floor. When that wasn't happening it was fantastic, otherwise.”

“My pup and I love Shannon!! She is so responsive and has taken my pup multiple times for daycare and overnight stays, even on short notice. Shannon is so sweet and kind, and she sends cute photos and updates so I know my pup is happy and healthy. My pup had an accident in the house on his first visit, and Shannon was so calm about it and still loves my pup. It's truly a relief to know my pup is in good hands and getting love and personal attention, as opposed to some other doggy daycares we have been to. You really can't go wrong with Shannon. I highly recommend her and am so happy to have found her.”

“The wait time in the room for the doctor is horrible. I have been going there for both my sons since birth so going on 3 years. Other then the wait time I would definitely recommend, all of the nurses and doctors are extremely friendly, there one nurse there that is my oldest child's favorite, even if she isn't my son's nurse she comes to our room just to make him laugh and play peek a boo with him, I'm not sure of her name but she's the most out going nurse there, Dr.Victoria and Dr.Joe are awesome very knowledgeable, they have after hours you can also call if the office is closed, someone always answers and the doctor always calls you right away regardless of what time or day it is.”
