“4 1/2 Stars, I believe there is always room for improvement. So I have read many of the negative reviews and we were wary going into this whole thing. We live in Wisconsin and called to get a feel for these guys before we made the trip down because of the negative reviews. My wife talked to John and then was called back by Mike (owner) so that he could clarify his policies. When she got off the phone she said that he wasn't rude but straight forward about his policies. They have a small crew and can't go on test drives unless someone is a serious buyer (has bank approval) due to monitoring the lot/customers. It states "no haggle" on the add for the trucks and he means it. We looked at a 2006 Amarillo f-250 that was on the lot and did our research and found his price to be very acceptable. When we got there, he gave us the keys and let us look over the truck THOROUGHLY and did not stand over us while we did it. When we were ready, he went with us on a test drive. Afterwards we put a deposit down on the truck and picked it up a week later. Couple of things: At first Mike may come across a little rough around the edges, but he seems like a straight forward guy. The more time we spent with him, the more we got to know and like him. He stayed late for us on Friday when we drove down and didn't rush us. One thing to remember, this is his business and he can run it how he sees fit. He's not a big box dealer so don't expect that kind of experience. These are not new trucks so expect some issues with them. Overall, this was a positive experience for us. We have purchased trucks from small dealers before and this was not too much different. I would recommend Auto Concepts to anyone, as most of the trucks on the lot look great and there is a good variety. As for Mike and John, thanks for everything! We love the Amarillo!”

It has all the whistles and bells that I wanted and the car IS affordable! * Bring a mechanic with you, and if the car doesn't need any work on it. Keep it, and drive into the sunset. If you want to have your car delivered, that's fine. But, I needed to physically put my hands on it. That's just my preference, because if you don't like the car. While, your at carvana you can switch up the car right there (same day). It's an easy process and if your working and have proof of income on bank statements. You can pick out your own down payment for what ever vehicle you can afford. No reference name or number, No apartment lease or mortgage statements to show 😏😉, cash rules at carvana, and not everyone's review apply to all. But, with alright to bad credit, you can pull up and pick out what you want (I would recommend carvana to everyone) Don't knock them down, until you try them 💯👍🏽”

“Bobby’s dedication to the customer and his easygoing but professional attitude made buying a car from him a painless purchase. I was looking for reliable transportation for my daughter and was not having any luck with any of the cars or dealers that we visited. However, after stopping to take a break from our car searching last Saturday, we ran across 5k autos LLC. Honestly, what made me call him was the number of positive 5 star reviews that he had. I gave Bobby a call, and although he had already sold the car that my daughter and I were interested in, once I told him what we were looking for, he called me back a few minutes later to tell me what he had. Although it was 2:30 in the afternoon, he said we were more than welcome to come over and take a look at the cars. He greeted us warmly and had both of the cars available and waiting for us to test drive by ourselves. We probably drove each of the vehicles a good half hour until we (my daughter) decided on the 2005 Honda Accord. The car was in great condition, and Bobby told us what he had done to it before he offered it for sale. What I was really impressed with was that Bobby had the CARFAX and AutoCheck reports waiting for us when we arrived. This was a nice change from some of the other dealers that didn’t really want to share a car’s history. Doing the paperwork took no more than about 30 minutes. If you’re looking for a smaller dealer who really cares about the customer and makes the buying experience as painless as possible, I highly recommend 5k Autos.
