“My Wife and I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the Anchor's Inn. It will be our go to guest house when staying in Grafton. We stayed in the Starboard suite and it is spacious and well appointed. The suite was spotless when we arrived. It featured 2 Queen sized beds, a sofa, love seat and large flat screen TV. It had a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator and microwave. It had a full compliment of kitchenware including pot, pans, plates, utensils, etc. so you can cook full meals if desired. It is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping. In short it has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be staying again.”

It's been over 15 years and I still tell that story to this very day. Anyway it's not too bad of a place but if your not from over that way then just be smart and be careful. “Great campground, nice clean pool, lots of fun activities for the kids. The activities come at little bit of a premium price vs state park camping but it can be a nice change of pace and the kids love it. Everyone working there we dealt with was super nice and friendly. Teenage staff were wonderful with the kids. Our young kids (all under 10) enjoyed the playground, pool, and seeing Yogi Bear around the campsite.”

“Great location for attending our son's Navy graduation. We brought our two labs with no issues. The suite we stayed in was convenient with separate bedrooms/bathrooms for grandparents that came along. Had a common area with a basic kitchen. TVs in all three sections. Good internet. The furniture was old but the place was clean. Would stay there again.”

“Charming and cozy lodge tucked away in the country with cute decor. Tons of games, movies, reading material, musical equipment, and wifi good enough to stream for indoor entertainment. Lots of equipment to paddle around in, fish, or swim in the lake and towels and robes ready for the hot tub. Most everything we needed was there and the owners were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Communication was good. Our family needed some relaxation time and the lodge was perfect for it. I'd love to visit again, maybe in the fall or spring when we can enjoy the hot tub and the beautiful porch setup even better.”

“Only 4 of 5 because I nearly never give anything 5 stars. Rooms were a good price. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the indoor pool! Our waiter in the evening was awesome. Very soft beds. The night lady at the front desk ,with the piercings was great! Very helpful! I wish their winery would have been open. However they were short staffed and I understand that! They even had a pack and play available for our toddler! Hope to stay there again soon!”

“We just spent two nights here with our three kids. It was a great location. We were able to jump on the train and ride it over to the gateway arch and today we used their complimentary shuttle to the Cardinals game. I would recommend staying here! Nothing fancy but it worked. Bathrooms worked for showers and I even did a load of laundry. Husband and I took turns visiting the casino and once again we used their complimentary shuttle security service. I felt safe here and will stay here again! Just a side note this is not a typical campground, no trees or shade but it was totally ok!”

“Perfect destination to get away from the city. I suspect the last poster (who keeps deleting and reposting his comment) is a disgruntled ex-customer. We've been here before and spent 4 days this weekend. Saw nothing of snarling dogs, collapsing trailers....not sure what he was on about. Butch was busy all day every day(mowing, taking out dead trees) and even took the time to help us back in. Absolutely gorgeous weekend.”

“I stayed one night as I was passing through. Spot 48. Very nice quiet RV Park. Good amount of space. There is a lake and a pond I believe. Wi-fi worked well. Bathrooms clean. Showers are pay to use. Also the office has snacks and little gifts and such. The couple that runs it are very sweet and accommodating. When I left the next day, I pulled into a gas station and couldn't find my wallet. I was looking everywhere. Called them and they said they'd be on the lookout. Well I found it in a place I usually wouldn't have. Called back and left them a message. Little did I know they were out looking at the site and all around for it. When they called back I felt so bad they went through all that trouble. But that is just who they are. Really sweet. Definitely recommend and if in area again. That's where I'll be staying. Appreciate everything. Thank you!!!”

“Clean and comfortable. Lots of mirrors, enough hot water to fill the large whirlpool. The swing over the bed was AMAZING. A lot of extras too like toothbrushes, toothpaste and robes. I would definitely live to visit again. Yes, it was a little dated, but if you're spending time looking at the decor when there's mirrors, dimming lights, and a swing I'm sorry for you.”
