“We rented from the Fort Wayne airport originally, the vehicle had some alignment issues but it was okay. First night out of town the catalytic Converter was stolen. (Did not set off the alarm at all)… We called the airport in Biloxi to exchange the vehicle, which at the time we weren’t sure what was wrong with it. (We were informed later on what happened) The new vehicle was much nicer and the customer service was impeccable in biloxi. All in all I will recommend to others because of the price and customer service. Thank you for helping us out with ease. We appreciate you very much!”

“I just rented a unit a week ago. Susan is very helpful. She asked questions to help me determine the size of unit I might need. I like the look of the facility and the fact the unit I rented was very clean was a plus. She insisted I go look at it before she would rent to me. I liked that!!! She wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with the space. I intend to have this space for a long time as I am using it for business purposes. I have no concerns about safety or security there either. I feel very confident I made the best choice in facilities.”

“Overnight parking on side. If it’s chocolate you’re delivering, There are two side docks as well, past the main docks (north docks) that face the street, they look like garage doors. You might be sent there. Way more tight than the main docks. Proper Setup is crucial here. I was the only semi at my delivery time and i was cautious, I can’t imagine with others already in. Restroom. Plenty of grass (for pets to walk). Receiving/Shipping opens at 0800. Quick unload. In and out within an hr of docking.”

“Things are pretty slow at ft Wayne airport. Staff is doing their best to keep passengers safe and everyone is practicing good social distancing and proper mask wear etiquette. Good place to travel to and from. Would recommend.”
