“This past weekend I walked into Home Rooms Furniture & Mattress store with every intention to window shop for new living room and bedroom furniture only. I was greeted by Ashely Sordelet who was very friendly and not too pushy. I must have been in the store for 3 or more hours and she was every bit of patient with me, walked me through the store to show me what was available and what would take a little longer to deliver because of the Pandemic. I was very pleased with her level of professionalism and understanding to work with me and not just "sell me." I walked out of the store with a new bed set for future delivery and a new living room set coming this weekend. I was very happy when I left the store (no buyers remorse this time). She made my furniture shopping experience the best I'd ever had. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was wonderful, I don't have anything bad to say. “Sweetwater is the best at old fashioned customer service. I've been trading with Sweetwater for almost 10 years now. Their selection is unmatched and their prices are competitive. Their sales engineering staff is knowledgeable and courteous and will "bend over backwards" to keep you happy. I have received musical equipment that wasn't quite up to what I was expecting and they never failed to "make it right". The only reason I wouldn't buy from them is they just don't carry what I'm looking for. They won't leave you hanging if you have problems after the sale - their technical staff will do everything necessary to get you up and running or come up with a working solution - including trading to a different piece of equipment. In my opinion, this is the business model every retailer should be using. In fact, if I lived in Ft. Wayne, I would put in an employment application so I could be part of their community!
