I must have been in the store for 3 or more hours and she was every bit of patient with me, walked me through the store to show me what was available and what would take a little longer to deliver because of the Pandemic. I was very pleased with her level of professionalism and understanding to work with me and not just "sell me." I walked out of the store with a new bed set for future delivery and a new living room set coming this weekend. I was very happy when I left the store (no buyers remorse this time). She made my furniture shopping experience the best I'd ever had. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was wonderful, I don't have anything bad to say. “Finding the right couch can be difficult. Luckily, I checked out this American Freight location and found a quality sectional that checked all my boxes. While it was warm browsing their AC-less warehouse in the late summer heat, the customer service there was great. And better yet, the price was fair. The sectional took about 2 months to be made and arrive in my living room from the time of purchase. Delivery is extra if you choose to use their 3rd party service. For another $85, I did accept their delivery option. Jerry Hunt, owner of 360 Solutions LLC, delivered my couch on time, with good communication, and without defects. I will use his delivery service again in the future. In conclusion, I'm very happy with my new couch and the service I received!”
