“Overall great experience including my sales professional Cody. I drove nearly 3 hours one way to take a look at a 2018 Ford XLT. Cody was a great communicator prior to meeting him at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and provided pictures of the truck to help assure me that I wasn't wasting my Saturday. The truck was ready (and clean) for my wife and I to look over. We decided to purchase the truck but we were concerned that we would have to come back which meant an additional 9 hours to make the purchase. The team (Cody and Finance Manager Tim) told us not to worry and that they could get the transaction completed today so we could take the truck with us. WOW! Mind you, its a Saturday, 5:45 pm, the dealership closes at 6:00 pm, and they were willing to go the extra mile to close the deal. My wife and I left with a smile and the truck at 7:00 pm.
