“I had my hair and makeup for my wedding at the cute as a button salon. I got airbrush makeup that looked flawless and lasted all day. I had so many compliments on my hair and it held up through all the dancing and some unexpected rain. While I was getting it done, they let my bridal party use the facility to get ready. They were so wonderful and let us stay and spread out wherever we needed to get ready. My bridesmaids got massages as well and it was such a relaxing morning and a great way to start my wedding day. I highly recommend it for your wedding day!”

“This was our 3rd stay over the years. We so appreciate the many touches of home (dry firewood, well equipped kitchen, new gas grill, pristine hot tub, etc.). The thoughtful extras were so appreciated ... lotion, plenty of TP, paper towels, soap, etc. Truly how I would set things up for a friend to visit. We've stayed at many cabins and VRBOs and by far, this is the best! We plan to come back.”

“Excellent loop trail. Single track the entire length. Shaded throughout. There are several small, easy stream crossings throughout. These make nice water breaks for your furry friends which are allowed on this trail when leashed. Very interesting trail. Lots of ravines to loop around as well as ups and downs throughout. There are also several man made wells that have protective fence around them, and a couple of small, man made ponds. Very enjoyable hike. Only a couple of small wet areas to navigate. I'm sure that varies by the weather, but overall it should have good drainage.”

“I will often visit here for lunch. They have good deli sandwiches, pretty good chicken tenders, and many country style sides to go with you entree. My only complaints are the prices and that their fish sandwiches used to be better, and from what I have heard, they are no longer having that as their Friday special.”

“I highly recommend Dr. David Gerchak as he takes whatever time is needed to solve any vision problems. He spent over 2 and a half hours on my first appointment working with me to solve my double vision problem, even going out to the car to find a prescription that allows me to see both the dash dials and far ahead and listening carefully to what I had experimented with and came up with a good solution. His private practice in the evenings and weekends is kind of a one man operation and does not take insurance, but he charges very reasonable rates. He specializes in working with mostly children, but also adults, whose eyes need exercises and other means to get them working well together and he patiently takes whatever time is needed to accomplish that! He will do just regular eye care also, however, and, again, I highly recommend his patient, thorough exams!”
