They recommended a spot repair for now and monitor it for a couple of years. CJ and his team were able to get a permit, excavate, and fix the problem all within 24 hours. Now there is a good chance I’ll need to replace the whole main line down the road considering where I live, but the spot repair and his transparency is saving me thousands at the moment. With a kid on the way, there was just no way I could absorb the whole main line repair. The best thing you can do is be honest and transparent, especially when it comes to plumbing and dollars.
