“Really enjoyed a scent my friend had and she said it was Winter Candy Apple from Bath and Body Works. They had a sale going on that is buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 and get 3 free. Choosing between those options was a no brainier so we walked out with the 6. Very wide range of scents and a huge collection of winter and holiday favorites. Jake helped us find the perfect couch and got us connected with the lead designer Josh. Josh helped us narrow down our fabric choices and pick the right sectional and pillows to match our space. Josh made us feel at ease, gave us some laughs, provided us superb customer service and to top it off made sure we enjoyed some frozen custard and cookies! (Yes! They have custard and cookies!) I loved hearing about the history of this family owned business that started in Emporia! It is a gem for the state of Kansas and we highly recommend. No matter your budget or what you are looking for— look here first. They have a great selection and are also very kid friendly (If you have kiddos they have tricycles the kids can ride!) “The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”

Had another company come to fix our furnace only to say we needed a new one or could fix with a part that would be an outrageous amount I called One Hour out to get an estimate for a new furnace. Jordan assessed the equipment and told us we didn't even need it & if we did have an issue with a part it would be half the cost of the other company quoted. Jordan is friendly and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him or One Hour to anyone having problems with their systems. 1”

“1.14.19- once again top notch 5 star service from Polestar. We use them for all heating/cooling and plumbing needs. They are always honest and fix the issue without forcing you into an expensive fix. Brian came today and was fantastic. Fixed an issue with our heater than has existed for multiple years. First time the gas part of our heater worked properly! Loni was prompt and very courteous. He spent over 1.5 hours ensuring the unit was running properly and walked me through each step. I will definitely use Polestar for my Heating and AC going forward.”

My only problem is when selling, I always feel like I've been robbed. I sold two tote bags stuffed with newer YA fiction, and they only gave me $7. If you were just planning on purchasing from here, I'd say it's an amazing store to find a good read.”
