“We signed up with Visiting Angels last spring for help caring for my grandmother. We had another company before them, the caregivers never called to tell us they would be late, and some just didn't show up. If the caregivers are even 10 minutes late the Visiting Angels team calls us to notify us. We only had that happen two times in the last year and both times caregivers arrived in less than 15 minutes. I know there isn't a perfect system, but this has worked out really well for our family. Gran really enjoys Alexis she is wonderful! She is a nursing student and is so excited to make the one on one connection with her, she will make an exceptional nurse one day!!! “I recently found myself with a need to store some tools and inventory and needed a storage facility. iStorage checked all of the boxes for my requisites and I’ve been very pleased with the staff, security, and sizes of units available. The location at 29th and Amidon is well lit, has cameras on every building, and is locked down after hours. This is way more important to me than monthly price, which isn’t that bad, honestly. I know of cheaper places without security....No Thank You. Tiffany is the manager that set up my account and she was wonderful. She even went out of her way to meet me at a time that really was only convenient for me, and she gladly accommodated. She is professional, articulate, and showed ample respect for the value of my time. She made me feel comfortable with leaving my trade tools under her watch because she takes her job seriously. The lobby does not open up until 9:00 a.m. that is not on the website. the east branch has removed the drive-up window. Why? Removing it is definitely not a benefit for the customer.”

I am a regular at the drive thru at 21st and Rock location and it felt like the tellers hated doing their job as they hardly wore a smile or had a pleasant demeanor or a friendly voice. The difference was super clear as I just visited the East Central location. Maybe the Intrust Bank drive thru tellers at 21st and Rock can learn how to be friendly from the East Central location.”

The reason I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I called the bank, I could not reach a human being. I fired Truist as my banking institution for that very reason and now have the same thing at this chase branch.”
