“I recently cared for my 92 year old mother, following a fall at home, which resulted in a compression fracture of T7. During her initial visit to an urgent care, she received Hydrocodone for pain and an infusion of Fentanyl. She was discharged and sent home with Hydrocodone. By day 4, post trauma, she was still unable to keep down food or meds. I called Heartland, Tuesday, to ask for guidance. It happened to be Dr. Pul’s day off. I Ieft a voicemail, and struggled with what I should do next. About 30 minutes later, that voice mail was answered. I was offered a telehealth conference that afternoon. Dr. Puls, on her day off, initiated that call. We discussed mom’s delimma, and she came up with a plan of action. Darcy’s guidance altered my mom’s recovery. Her concern and skillful guidance was so appreciated! We love this internist!!!”

“This is actually a very nice dog park except for the limited boot bag dispensers and trash receptacles although there is one right as you walk ? then they put the water valve just outside the gate and just far enough you couldn't reach it‽ but they do have one first, one of the dog agility training items is a step with a slide board on the back side, but it also has a grind rail in case your dog likes to skateboard anymore haha hahaha the fencing just looks like somebody took some 6-inch round posts and drove them into the ground and then just put some baling wire up around it. They do have a covered picnic table and a few benches around the park. They have some old growth trees as well as some new ones they have well fenced-in? The nicest thing was everyone I met here was a real dog owner!”

After being told by a previous doctor my case was too complicated for him, I searched high and low for her and will follow her anywhere she goes and recommend her to anyone experiencing pelvic pain. She is very thorough in examination and getting to the root of the problem. She excised my stage IV endometriosis via da vinci surgery over five years ago and it changed my life from being in pain on a daily basis to no pain whatsoever. “We have been with Dr. Yu for almost 13 years for all of our kids. We are extremely happy. He is caring and always on top of everything. He calls us at home when we call and have concerns. I read most of the comments and while I agree that during the years there have been some rude staff and long waits (extremely busy office), Dr. Yu himself is awesome and pays attention. He never rushed us out and addresses every question and concern. I just hope there can be a better scheduling management to make sure the wait is not as bad. Most bad reviews are related to wait time or rude staff. Not fair to the Dr himself but I understand though that for many it is the whole experience including the office itself.”
