“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the start, the kind folks at the front desk were very welcoming. I had made a huge mistake and booked my room for the wrong night, but they fixed me up with no issues whatsoever. I'm very grateful for that. The lobby of this hotel has phenomenal atmosphere and is very welcoming. It's a bit of an indoor courtyard. The room was also nice. I had a terrific night of sleep, and the bed was really comfortable.”

“I woke up in the middle of the night to food poisoning and spent the rest of the night/morning emptying my insides. I'm writing this review in particular to highlight two individuals that made my hell of a night into something manageable. Mrs. Alicia and Mrs. Jill. They were both outstanding in there customer service towards me and went well above and beyond in their required tasks to make me feel less alone while I was sick. Mrs. Alicia ensured that I was okay and got me to the doctors as soon as I asked and Mrs. Jill went by my door personally to see if she could help me in any capacity. With this level of dedication and service that happened so spontaneously, really iterates how pivotal your staffing can do to make my stay away from home feel a little more close to home. If management happens to read this review, I want to say to them directly that these two employees were outstanding.”
