Customer service representative, Alex Doty went above and beyond to locate and deliver my bag by contacting Cobra golf directly. He could have just refunded my money or attempted to sell me a substitute. Instead, he took the initiative and solved a problem to meet a customer's needs. “I was a dolt and forgot my work laptop at security when I flew home. I didn't notice until the next morning, but I filled out an online report as soon as I noticed. I also called the airport, who transferred me to lost & found and immediately got on the phone with the nicest officer ever. I didn't wait on hold at all. She told me exactly what was going to happen (they get their shipment at 11am) and that she would have an answer for me by noon. Sure enough, as 12:20 they emailed me telling me they found my laptop. I was SO relieved and immediately went to pick it up. I walked right in, was helped immediately, and got my laptop. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, reassuring, professional, and confident during this stressful couple of hours. As someone who lives in Chicago, I honestly thought my laptop was gone forever. But being served immediately over the phone and in-person but NICE people who seem to care was a massive relief. Thank you CVG police! If i ever lose my laptop again, I hope it's at this airport.”

“Well lit and clean. And staffed with employees that actually care. This franchise is smaller and located in the Florence Kentucky area. I’m not sure how many stores they have but I know they have at least four. It has a well stocked snack section as well as soda and beer. Unlike some major chains like circle K or Subway, they also have some tourist fare, things like Kentucky coffee cups and magnets. The fueling area is pretty large and also very well lit. It has 12 pumps including a few for diesel’s. It’s right off of 75 so there’s no getting lost if you’re traveling. And just a word of caution, there’s a heavy police presence in this area, you will always see a police officer or two cruising on the thoroughfare in front of this gas station. I think there must be a big police station nearby. So don’t speed!”
