I have emailed him-yes emailed the actual owner-and he will respond on evenings and weekends. His staff are great too. No one pushed me (or tried to push me) into a sale. His business model is go look in the lot and if you see something you like, we can chat. None of the big box camping store BS where they want someone on you at all times. It is a very non pretentious place. If you want a place that has a wonderful showcase of all the units-this is not your place. As for me, i don't want to pay extra for the flair. Very happy with them and already trust them for our future service/upgrade needs.”
