“We have been with Dr. Ashcraft since 2005. We have since moved to Florence but still make the drive because we are so satisfied with the care that we receive there. The staff are extremely personable and attentive to your needs. Mindy is always on top of her game. Myself and my 3 grandchildren have seen others within the practice but my husband will only see Dr. Ashcraft. Not to publicize, but they just let me "slip" my husband into the same slot as the kids this past Saturday because I had just realized his medication refills were out and he needed to be seen. They have always been good at trying to make the visits easier for me and my family. I have and will continue to refer others to this very capable and caring practice.”

The only thing myself & others don't like is the receptionist having to ask for your phone where everyone that's around you can hear it. They've your number on file. Other Dr offices don't do that. You just let them know who you're there to see and what time your appt was which is how it should be since you don't want people knowing your phone number”

“Our 6 year old son was having trouble breathing, they got him in right away. The staff is super friendly and great with kids. The facility seems renovated and it was very clean. The Dr. diagnosed as croup, the nurse brought a steroid and a popsicle and we were on our way. Our son enjoyed his visit, the rooms were equipped with nice beds and TVs and he was very comfortable. The only thing I’d say is that the staff couldn’t give an idea of how much the bill was going to be, we have insurance but would like to have an idea of the cost. Everything else was fantastic during our visit.”
